Thinking and practise, Interactive PDF workshop.

Today we looked at how to use indesign to create a interactive PDF. Why do we need to know how to create one? To create portfolios to apply for jobs! AN interactive PDF ALLOWS PEOPLE TO INTERACT!

Then I placed an image on the Master page. This was to try and create a background.

ImageThen I created a new layer.

Make sure you name the button appropriately. Image

You can change the colour of the arrows. Image

To test if the intereactive PDF works you need to export it as a PDF. Image

You must always open it with Adobe Acrobat. Image

Placing more than one item on each page…

Then we added a second text box and image over the other and added a button making sure ‘hidden’ box was ticked.
