Design practise in context 2, Icon book feedback.

Last term I created a icon book all about Ken Garland and today I attended a seminar to receive some  feedback as a group. Tracy said that we need to label work clearly with names, be more analytical, make sure you check typos and be more critical!

I received a assessment sheet that gave me some personal feedback. I received a B, which I am extremely happy about. From the feedback sheet I now know where I need to improve. I need to consider the design more in reflection to the theorists work and also look at what other people had to say about the work of Ken Garland.
The positive feedback was on my innovative and fun approach on icon books. I took a risk and translated my research in the form of a poem which I was apprehensive about as I didn’t know if this would be appropriate. I personally loved this approach but I was unsure what other people would think. Know I’ve received some feedback I am happy I took the risk!
